[BUG] Unrelated command triggered Resource World

Describe the bug
When player execute command /#flp which is a command from another plugin. Resource World is triggered and sending "Sorry, You cant use that command in this world"

Looks like its related to the disabled command feature, but it happens when players are not in resource worlds.

To Reproduce
Execute /#flp as a player without rw.admin permission

I get this too - even happens with disabled commands turned off in config. seems to only happen with commands I added through DeluxeMenus e.g. /information and /rtp
