The process of checking if some package is broken is very manual, one has to come to the Hydra instance and check if something is wrong.
Describe the solution you'd like
When the build that bumps a channel finishes, Hydra generates a file with the state of each job so one can get all the job states at once without triggering a database full scan.

I am looking to make a maintainer dashboard for nixpkgs maintainers but I need concentrated data to crunch without abusing the infra.

- Job: build of one package
- jobset: build that is necessary for a bump in a channel branch
