nanovna-saver: doesn't install .desktop file

Describe the bug

The latest release has a .desktop file in the repo for NanoVNASaver-gui, but it is not in the final package.
It can still be launched from the command line but not launchers.

Steps to reproduce

Install
See no .desktop file is present
Confirm it otherwise works by running it from the command line

Expected behaviour

NanoVNASaver.desktop placed in $out/share/applications/

You could use this as a temporary fix

Thank you so much! Not sure if there's a standard way to include the icon too?
(& looks like next release is going to change it to NanoVNASaver_96x96.png, though it won't be changed frequently)
But I got it working with

That or cp seems to be how it's done,
Though on GNOME, while I now have the icon to launch it, once launched it shows up as python3 in the dock, so I'm clearly missing something.

Thanks again! But even after restarting that doesn't fix it.

Possibly it's todo with the Nix wrapper used but I don't know anything about that subject other than the name.
