Create the Kanban Board

Create a Kanban Project Management Board that shows the breakdown of tasks, assigned to group members with a schedule.

{Because of the scheduling requirement, the board will need a more refined Future column, split, instead, into Days}

We could do something like:

Today      Working     Testing     Done     Tomorrow      Day 3      Day 4       Day 5       Day 6

Each Day column with an equal amount of work (by effort level)....

It's nasty, but so are programming death marches, which this timed thing definitely is.
