Doesn't clean up orphaned temp files

If I don't finish out the day, SplainTime leaves the tmp file from the previous day. Preferably, parse the last date and leave the time spent. Failing that, paste the final description into the day's last line. Don't restrict it to yesterday, I've left a bunch at work.
