reusable test fixtures

while working on STAC migration I noticed that there is quite some duplication of fixtures (e.g. for openeo connection, auto base title, auto base name, ..) across multiple test suites:

• Terrascope integration tests
• CDSE integration test
• public APEx benchmark tests
• internal APEx benchmarks

An in each case there are some minor details different, which makes it hard to switch between these test suites

feature request:
Add submodule with reusable pytest fixtures (or helpers to compactly create such fixtures)
