Create a Skip Navigation Link

Create a button that gets selected and appears loading the page and pressing tab for the first time. Selecting this button with spacebar or enter selects the first item immediate after the navigation links. The purpose of it is to help keyboard users get to the content without having to cycle through all the navlinks.
