Publishing DAO on the IC - (very) high level ideas #16

I am a product manager so I hope you dont mind me contributing here - Hazel suggested that I make my voice heard.
We (Aikin) are building a blogging platform (Nuance) on the IC which we plan to make into a DAO publishing platform.
We will need a Nuance token for incentivising contribution to the platform (e.g. authoring and moderation) and also for product governance (e.g. changes to the software application).
We also plan to have reputation for contributors. Reputation is earned for contributions to specific topics. Reputation is not transferrable and decays.
We will also want each blog post to be an NFT - where we can fractionalise ownership.
We are a few months away from wanting to implement this setup - our beta will be a vanilla blogging platform.
