Nodes sent to bottom right corner of canvas, then centered, when closing IDE #3982

Describe the bug
When closing the IDE, all of the nodes get laid out in the bottom right corner, and then the canvas shifts to center the workflow.
Version number The version of Lightning you have seen the bug on.
I have reproduced this locally on main:

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Go to the canvas
- Open the IDE
- Close the IDE
- Note the re-centering from lower right corner to middle of canvas
