Add Quick Installation Links for GitHub Store

Allow users to open a app page directly in Github store from a link like in Obtainium.

E.g. link such as http://apps.obtainium.imranr.dev/redirect.html?r=obtainium://add/https://github.com/Materialious/Materialious\ would bring up the Materialious page in Obtainium

This would let developers give users a fast way to install without having to search manually in GitHub Store.
