Readme file translation function

I found such api https://github.com/LibreTranslate/LibreTranslate and https://github.com/argosopentech/argos-translate on the Internet, and then wondered: can these or similar apis be used to pin the ability to translate Readme files into other languages to the GitHub Store? It would be convenient, for example, to have a toggle switch with a choice of translation languages.
Ideally, the translation database should be stored only on the device, so that translation is accessible even when only the GitHub server is available, but if that is not the case, online translation can be done, any better than nothing.
