Hardware for OpenMANET (HaLow) and Meshtastic in same device

Looking at https://openmanet.github.io/docs/hardware there seems to be a reference to a WaveShare CM4 Dual ETH WiFi6 Base, which has multiple antennas for the box. Would a setup like this allow for both OpenMANET as well as Meshtastic in the same device? I am trying to figure out an available hardware list to be able to build out first a OpenMANET device and then try to add meshtastic to it and can't seem to find any good resource or links. If anyone has a build they could share that is in stock, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I would not recommend trying to run OpenMANET and Meshtastic on the same device. They use the same frequency band and you will most likely get significant interference
