Files don't pass check due to having one more byte than expected.

This is in ds001339 but I saw it for many other datasets too. I opened this particular file with nibabel and fsleyes and it seemed fine.

Interesting. I check that the stated size is the exact size, but strictly we only need to check that it's at least the stated size. Maybe we need a relaxed mode (or call what this currently does --strict) where non-fatal issues aren't reported?

Btw, I noticed that this error tends to be for non-gzipped files, though I don't know if it's exclusive to those.

Also, I discovered some cases where the reported number of bytes is one more than expected, but in actuality the number of bytes was much fewer. For example, for ds004102 it reports:
