File display missing present files

What went wrong?

https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004856/versions/1.3.0 is missing two files in /derivatives/cognition/.

Logged in as admin, they are present:

I did clear the dataset cache before looking as admin, but I'd be surprised if that fixed it for one view and not another.

Expected behavior

All files should be present, and dropping the dataset cache should refresh public snapshot file trees.

How to reproduce

1. Go to https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds004856/versions/1.3.0 as an anonymous user
2. Expand derivatives/ and cognition/
