Bug with downloading specific file from dataset

ds003104, derivatives/freesurfer/subjects/01/bem/watershed/01_inner_skull_surface should be 369273 bytes but downloads as zero. Originally seen in CIs via MNE-BIDS-Pipeline->openneuro-py but to simplify, here it is from clicking on the file in https://openneuro.org/datasets/ds003104/versions/1.0.1 as well:
