Can't delete files/folder using the online GUI/graphql API

What went wrong?

I can't delete files in ds007067 using the GUI or graphql API.
I specifically tried to delete:

• sub-097/anat/sub-097_run-01_T2star.nii.gz
• sub-097/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz
• sub-097/test
• sub-097/test/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz

Expected behavior

Deleted files don't come back.

How to reproduce

1. Try to delete any of the files/folders mentioned above in a browser
2. Refresh the page
3. Files/folders are still there

This is a follow up to #3800 so the issue might be related to that.

I was able to delete sub-097/test/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz and sub-097/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz through the web UI just now. Do you want to try again with other files?

I was able to delete sub-097/test/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz and sub-097/sub-097_task-motor_acq-shimBase+3mm_run-02_bold.nii.gz through the web UI just now. Do you want to try again with other files?

I just tried with another file (sub-097/anat/sub-097_run-01_T2star.nii.gz) and it does not delete (it reappears after a page refresh). I do see that you were able to delete the files you mentioned though.
