Deprecation of scaptimony

Per the GitHub repository, SCAPtimony is deprecated:

https://github.com/OpenSCAP/scaptimony

However, it still has a page:

https://www.open-scap.org/tools/scaptimony/

Also here: https://www.open-scap.org/tools/

Perhaps we should notate it as being deprecated and/or remove links to it, and replace it to the Foreman integration instead?

The same for Scap-workbench!! (https://www.open-scap.org/tools/scap-workbench vs https://github.com/OpenSCAP/scap-workbench). Please, amend this. It gives a really poor impression.
