SCAP Workbench - release for OSX / Windows?

When scap-workbench is updated and re-released (Perhaps after OpenSCAP/scap-workbench#191 merges), we'll want to update the links on the page on the website:

https://www.open-scap.org/tools/scap-workbench/

These currently host versions 1.1.5, which I think was the last version with working releases for all three platforms.
