Wrong domain Expiration Date when renew-ing just expired domain

In case when a domain has just expired (4 days ago) and its in OpenSRS Grace Period.
When there is try of renewing domain the module returns "Invalid expiration year in order"

Example case: domain.com expired at 2015-08-01

Expiration Date: 01-aug-2016
Registrar Registration Expiration Date: 2015-08-01

In that case the getexpirationyear has catched 2016
and when the Renew is made there is error "Invalid expiration year in order"

I also have a similar issue: Domain Renewal Failed - Domain ID: XXXX - Domain: xxxx.com - Error: oSRS Error - currentexpirationyear is not defined.
oSRS Error - Incorrect call.
