Check if EncoderManager can start encoders in supervisor #14
Description
It looks like EncoderManager, when built through dab-scripts is unable to start the defined audio and pad encoders. EncoderManager indicates no error, but the encoders are not started.
On the other side, EncoderManager can stop encoders running in supervisor
