How or where to download Windows version? SourceForge is outdated

I would like to try Otter Browser, but SourceForge official build is outdated by 2+ years (2022)! How can I download the 2024+ builds? I am not a developer, and I have not the resources to build it by myself. Thanks in advance.

I'd like #1685 to be merged so that there's always a build of master available, but I haven't had time to go on IRC.
