Unable to fetch SignedServiceMetadata

Since 24th of August 2024 we have seen quite a lot of problems fetching SignedServiceMetadata from here:
this is an example:

this is the reply that we are getting from Oxalis:
OxalisErrorRecognizer - Failed to recognize error message: Unable to fetch 'http://B-f149c8538197b1b882ff342757c30751.iso65

It seams to be Phoss SMP, is this something known, please advice.

I have checked through the errors of the same kind, it seams like it's not only Phoss:

The first example is Pipechain and looks like Phoss.
This example is TietoEvry and i'm not sure if that is Phoss, but it's the same format.
