Description
Tasks
1. Remove blue notification bar
We can remove the blue bar that says "Notification".
2. Success notification
Show a green "success" notification when dataset is uploaded successfully
3. Closable notifications
Notifications should have an 'x' button so they can be closed (@bciar similar to other projects we did).
