Explain how adjustments are done for expressions. E.g. from an email to Patrick about an adjustment of potential support ratio:
"All the 'P' components in an expression get adjusted separately. Therefore you won't get the medians of the resulting ratio exactly right. If an adjustment file is used, the adjustment happens after the ratio, therefore it matches exactly."
