CLI commands fail if certain characters are used within the Integrity object/element description

" characters within the description will casue trouble while running the CLI statement.
e.g. 
im editfield --description="lorem ipsum "blabla" other text" fieldname will fail.

issue might get resolved once the CLI part gets repolaced by API calls, however we have to make sure that also other special character, e.g. the usage of ":" a pickfield value is properly handled
