Make Toolkit / Cygwin dependency transparent #3
Description
Currently when we use Cygwin instead of Toolkit we need to convert dos2unix before running the scripts. This should be a benign call on Toolkit and will do the desired thing with Cygwin.
We should give the user the option to use either with no impact.
