Offer a "merge" differencer algorithm.

The Difference tool in TIF Workbench overwrites the target solution. In case of modifications on both sides (e. g. pick list entries have been added on both instances) the tool must provide a solution to handle this situation. Either automatically or in a user dialog to select the data.
