Windows Installer for v1.2.0 Fails #14
Description
Downloaded the installer on Windows 11. I have tried the version provided via the website, email link method and also just downloading it from the releases here on github. I have run it by clicking on it and from a command prompt running with Administrator privileges, which you can see from the images provided. I have provided an MD5 image of the installer I am trying to run for your edification.

The zip file contains the filtered procmon log from sysinternals showing the interaction from the command line prompt to the installer. I have provided PML, CSV and XML versions for your convenience.
