OBS Studio 31.0.0 crashes with OBS-PTZ 0.15.4

On Windows 10, OBS Studio 31.0,0 crashes with no crash log when adding PTZ controls as soon as the Apply button is pressed.
Everything is fine with OBS Studio 29.0.2
Tested on two different PCs with the same results

Steps to reproduce:
1 . Plug in USB Camera with Visca serial PTZ controls
2. Use Device Manager to find the COM port number
3. Open OBS Studio 31.0.0
4. Open Docks, enable PTZ Controls
5. Click Gear in PTZ controls
6. Select Camera Tab
7. Press the button that should be + (notice the button is blank now)
8. Select Visca (Serial)
9. Add appropriate UART port from step 2
10. Set Baud Rate of COM Port from camera manufacturer's instructions
11. Set Visca ID to match what camera is set to
12. Press APPLY
13. *** CRASH *** No log created, no error message, nothing, OBS Studio is entirely gone
