Serial connection using PRT3

I have an IP150 and connected succesfully, but cannot use more than one connection simultaneously (Insight gold for example).
So I bought a PRT3 to connect via serial /dev/ttyUSB0
Even though all settings seem OK, and I see the RX lighting up when HA tries connection, I get:

Can anybody help with this configuration?

PRT3 uses a completely different ASCII protocol, so it's not just an extra serial port. It exposes virtual zones and virtual PGMs too, whcih is pretty cool. It's easy to use and well documented, but it has some limitations. if I'm not wrong, it's impossible to query which zones belong to a given area, but if you can withstand with this limitation it's great.

Have you considered a panel with two native serial ports, such as the EVOHD+?
