I'd attempt this myself but I wouldn't know where to start.
Basically with 4chan-X there was the ability to move up and down threads using the up and down arrows on your keyboard, and change pages with the left and right arrows.
I haven't found an 8chan userscript that can do this yet. It'd be really awesome and I'm sure many people would appreciate it.
