Make the whole category clickable, not just the caret

The same should apply to checking the annotations.

If the debug mode is enabled, categories can have both a caret and checkbox. I think in that case the checkbox should be checked when the text is clicked.

why the text? shouldn't clicking the checkbox be enough? nothing else works like that so far

It's supported in Vuetify with the caveat that the category itself won't be selectable.
