[intake] Add member variable to Robot class?

Last year's robot class held all variables for subsystem instances. Where are we putting those this year?

Typo. I meant to write "subsystem instances".

Luke's Intake subsystem has class definitions, but no instance variable defined. Are we repeating what we did last year?
