Usage with multiple apps

Hello,

First of all thanks for this, it's just what we're looking for!

I was wondering if it's possible to use this plugin with multiple Elm apps? We don't use html webpack plugin, but instead generate a manifest of all assets we have and then source those on our HTML. Each page would have a dedicated entry point and the ID of the document will differ depending on which page you're at. All in all this would work great if the setup could be done inside the entry point, rather than in the webpack config. Do you think that's possible?

If you provide a simple, sample project that demonstrates the scenario, that would help me address this more quickly.

Sorry I'm quite busy these days, but I'm hoping the following clarification will suffice. Imagine having a single HTML page with not one, but two (or more) Elm applications in it. We wouldn't be able to use the plugin to provide the ID of the element because there are two (or more) elements we want to protect.

This is already an issue for us because we do indeed have pages like that, but on top of that we also have multiple entry points, each with their own Elm app(s).

If this isn't clear I'll try to find some time to create an example app in the coming weeks.
