Remove hub.pingcap.net registry usage

Replace hub.pingcap.net image pulls/pushes in agent YAML and pipeline steps with a cloud-accessible registry.

Acceptance criteria:

• No hub.pingcap.net references in job agent YAML or pipeline steps
• Registry endpoints documented and validated
• Image credentials updated for cloud use
