"open data directory" button #80

Feature Request:
Add a "open data directory" button in the Treasure Chest wallet that opens the file explorer in the datadir location when clicked. This would help simplify tech support and troubleshooting across OS platforms, especially for windows users that have a hard time finding %appdata%
Possible location:
In the options window (settings->options), next to "open configuration file" button.
