Sent messages are not received correctly

• Add message serialization/deserialization tests
• Make sure we actually send the wire format of the messages
• Fix the damn bug

it's not the deserializing thats wrong. Something in core must go wrong when we send the messages around.

okay the transport works fine. The data we send in a frame is the data we get in a received frame. But the data is smaller than a serialized message and cannot be serialized. What??

apperently, we send too much data, actually? Perhaps i set the length of the frame wrong.
