Allow warp autocompletion

Requested on forums: be able to warp based on unique prefix string, rather than full warp name.

Indeed it would; however, it'd require a bit of a rewrite of the OpenWarp#getWarp(String,String) function, and I have to call freeze for 1.1 sometime, so... in a week or so?
