Warp sharing is unnecessarily case-sensitive

Warps shared with users require that the share username be cased correctly. For example, sharing a warp with user sandpatrol will send a message to user SandPatrol, but when that user attempts to use the shared warp, they'll be denied since the proper share name is (case-sensitively) sandpatrol.
