problem running in windows

On two independent computers we have encountered running iPat.

We have downloaded the demo files but does not work. Is the script compatible with updated versions of R?

We are running R 4.2.2

You may also try using .jar version to reproduce the error from here: https://github.com/Poissonfish/iPat/releases/tag/1.2.01

Open your terminal and launch iPat.jar with the command:

java -jar iPat.jar

This approach may provide you with more information from the terminal log. Thanks!
