Sprinting Overlay not Functioning.

For some reason the Sprinting overlay isn't triggering. Walk, Idle, Run and Crouch Overlays work but the Sprinting overlay doesn't trigger for me. Looking at the Overlay State Machine it's triggered coming back from Aiming(Which I am not Using) to Relaxed. Is it triggered from another state machine else where?
