Missing scrollbar in new diff viewer

The new diff viewer does not have a visible scroll bar

this was on purpose haha

open to suggestions, i just didn't want to risk ~3 scrollbars all visible at the same time (task list, chat session, review panel)

Yeah multiple scrollbars is rough visually. What about just styling the scrollbar to be hidden by default and show on hover? That way it doesn't add visual clutter but you still get the scroll affordance when you need it:
