[Bug]: Near Social shouldn't always need deposit #27
Description
What happened?
We are paying a large deposit on each post. We really only need a deposit on first post, or if a post is larger than any previous post.
We should add this calculation into the post, or maybe check in the initialization call
Still need to pay gas.
