Control update bug

When there is a failed container, and "rerun" is clicked, the controls do not properly update

The tool is working as intended, but if the pod is in a failed state, the checkPodStatus() method will return the status as reported by the PO which is failed and then updates the controls accordingly. A new method should be added for the Rerun button so that it deletes the previous instance before trying to start a new one. Currently, the Rerun button uses the same method as the Start button. Proposed Rerun methods:

not sure whether we should use onStopAnalysis or onDeleteAnalysis, the latter also deletes the kong resource

It was decided that the PodOrc will implement a new endpoint e.g. /rerun and handle this workflow on their end. The endpoint will need to be updated once that is implemented
