missing whale-tag data subfolder

`ceti whaletag -t` does not download syslogs stored in `/data/logs/` directory
Execption still need to be made to exclude the `/data/swap` and `/data/lost+found` folders, but otherwise everything in `/data/` directory should be downloaded
