Enhance meta and title tags

We are counting on word of mouth and organic search to connect potential mappers with DistrictBuilder. I think a small investment in enhancing the meta and title tags could be a big win for making the application more shareable and easier to understand in search results.

Current tags

On Google

Reads "DistrictBuilder | Home". This is okay, but I think more of a description would make it better.

Shared on iOS message

Reads "Home". It would be useful to show the product name here (and a description?).

What I'm thinking

We replace DistrictBuilder | Home with DistrictBuilder: Free Redistricting Tool for Drawing Better Maps, or some other copy that does more to describe and sell DistrictBuilder.

I'm leaving this issue open though because we'll want to make some text changes to the meta description for improved SEO.
