3T without myelin

This is not an issue, but I'm interested in applying deepRetinotopy to our old dataset (3T T1w MPRAGE, without myelin/T2w).
Do you think it's feasible to perform deepRetinotopy in this "3T T1w-only" case, or have you conducted any validation studies of deepRetinotopy at 3T or without myelin?

Hi Daisuke! Most definitely. You can check out our command line interface (https://github.com/felenitaribeiro/deepRetinotopy_TheToolbox), where we only have models trained using curvature values. The only thing that is required from you is the FreeSurfer outputs! Feel free to let me know if you have questions about running it. Happy to help!

As for the validation study, we are still working on a more systematic way to do it. As far as I've tested, you can still get good maps with 3T data, as our models are based on FreeSurfer surf outputs!

Thank you so much! I thought that myelin and 7T are critical components to estimate retinotopy. It is excellent news for me!
I did not notice the page, but I will definitely try that.
