Describe the bug
It seems like you still is having a problem with you repository. Each time maven tried to download something from you repo I get this error.

[WARNING] Checksum validation failed, expected <!DOCTYPE but is 4c58951892f8e0c2da7b0f4c2a1184c0faae1dc2 from puha-repo for https://repo.puha.io/repo/org/spigotmc/spigot-api/1.19-R0.1-

I think you need to recalculate the checksum of your files in your repository?
