[Feedback]: "Back to application catalog" link needs to be fixed.

This issue only exists for "s3-hosted" website. Works fine for rcac-docs-demo. @glentner Any idea why it's not directing to the correct link?

FYI. The original application md file has this [Back to application catalog](../app_catalog.md). Not sure why it's being rendered into different htmls.

So the "/software/" part of the link is getting lost. If it's rendering correctly on readthedocs and not on s3-hosted then there must be something with the build options missing.

Can you look at the readthedocs console and post back here with exactly the build command with any addition config variables or options it might be passing the could affect how pages get anchored?

I think it's not doing fancy stuff. i.e. python -m mkdocs build --clean --site-dir $READTHEDOCS_OUTPUT/html --config-file mkdocs.yml is the build command for readthedocs. I'm doing some local tests and see where went wrong.

OK. An initial test indicates no difference for the rendered HTML between python -m mkdocs build --clean --site-dir $READTHEDOCS_OUTPUT/html --config-file mkdocs.yml and mkdocs build --clean. I'm going to replace an absolute link [Back to application catalog](/software/app_catalog/) instead of the relative link ../app_catalog.md so that it can be recognized.
