Some of the webconsole buttons not honoring http.webroot setting

Found two such buttons so far:

1. Click I2P Tunnels => choose any local dest => expand "LeaseSets: N" => the "Expire LeaseSet" button calls /?cmd=expirelease... instead of /<http.webroot>?cmd=expirelease...
2. At the same page "Close stream" buttons also call /?cmd=closestream... without substituting http.webroot value.
